I had mentioned in an earlier blog to keep an updated list of diversified equity mutual fund. This is that page. I would like to re-iterate that large selection of equity mutual funds do not beat the broad market indices net of costs. You are better off investing in low cost mutual index funds. If you are brave and would like to take a chance and hope and dream to beat the market, below table could be considered as a possible starting point.
While I intend to cover majority of schemes soon, if a fund is not listed/reviewed, odds are it is not worthy consideration.
High up on the list is Balanced Funds. I shall be doing that soon as I learn more on what and how to select amongst them?
Do provide schemes to review and I shall take them up (hopefully soon enough) in the comments section below.
1. PGIM MidCap opportunities
2. Kotak Small Cap fund
3. Quant absolute fund
4. Mirae asset emerging bluechip
Please do consider these in your review... Thank you very much. All the newsletters are a great read...
Can you please do a review on DSP Equity and Bond Fund? I have recently moved into this fund from PPAFS Flexi cap.
